Those looking to enjoy the beauty of nature are invited to join in a walk planned later this week at McConnells Mill State Park.
Park staff will lead a guided “Wildflowers of Hell’s Hollow” hike tomorrow from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. (Thursday).
This one-mile stroll on a mostly level trail will include many opportunities to experience a variety of natural flowers as well as an optional staircase to view a waterfall at the end.
Participants will meet at the Hells Hollow parking lot and are advised to dress for the weather, bring water, and wear sturdy footwear suitable for slick rocks.
