A Boyers man has been charged after an alleged domestic violence incident that happened last month.
Police were called to a home in Marion Township after 66-year-old John Wolford allegedly attacked another person during a verbal altercation on May 31.
According to charging documents, Wolford allegedly admitted to police that he choked the victim.
Wolford is being faced with charged such as strangulation and simple assault. He is awaiting for his preliminary arrangement.
