Pennsylvania highest law enforcement officer has sued an Allegheny County contractor for failing to complete work in a home after receiving payment.
Attorney General Dave Sunday has filed a lawsuit against Harpen Construction owner Brian Myers for alleged violations of Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA) and Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
Sunday is accusing Myers of taking thousands of dollars from customers and never completing projects he was paid upfront to complete.
