Municipalities in Butler County will receive over $1 million from natural gas impact fees.
All four local state representatives announced the impact fee distributions this week, which worked out to $1.06 million.
Winfield Township will receive the most at just over $173,000.
Municipalities are allowed to use the Act 13 funds to cover infrastructure projects, public safety, or other essential services.
