The Beaver County Coroner has identified the two people that died in a two-vehicle crash from this weekend.
Beaver Falls Police charged 45-year-old Israel Cooch of Cranberry Township with the death of two people while speeding and driving under the influence on Sunday.
The driver of the vehicle 25-year-old Matthew Lance Jr. and his passenger 23-year-old Sheylee Davis both died as a result of the crash.
Cooch has been charged with two counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, three counts of aggravated assault, and several more charges.
He was denied bail and is being held in the Beaver County Prison.
