Mt. Lebanon native Neal Shipley won his second Korn Ferry Tour victory of the season and his career Sunday, shooting an 8-under 64 for a one-stroke margin. He finished the tournament in Colorado at 18-under par. Shipley, a graduate of Central Catholic high school, also won the LECOM Suncoast Classic in April in Florida.
