A man accused of shooting his brother in Butler Township on Christmas Eve will plead guilty.
Police say 23-year-old Logan Rapsinski of Butler shot his brother on Christmas Eve last year in the 100 block of Crosslands Road. His brother was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital where he was stabilized.
Rapsinski was originally charged with attempted homicide but the charge was dismissed in the plea agreement. Instead, he will plead guilty to recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct engaged in fighting, and simple assault.
A sentencing date has been scheduled for July 30 and it will not be official until the plea is accepted by the presiding judge.
