Butler County is receiving grant funding that will go toward purchasing laptops.
The county will receive 125 laptops that will be housed at the new senior center on North Duffy Road.
The laptops will be available for public use, with the county providing training sessions to help seniors navigate online. They will also be used for parks programming in the evening.
Commissioners say it’s a part of an initiative to offer residents of the county ease of access to digital services.
