Police have charged a man and woman with the theft of a motorcycle in the City of Butler.
Police allege that 41-year-old Albert Mastroceasare Jr. of Butler stole a $4,000 motorcycle from outside of Butler County VOICE. Video footage of the theft and witness interviews connected the theft to Mastroceasare.
During their interviews police also connected the crime to 41-year-old Kelly Bowser of Butler. Bowser has been charged with two counts of criminal conspiracy. She’s being held in the Butler County Prison on $15,000 bond.
Mastroceasare has been charged with theft by unlawful taking, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, and loitering and prowling at night time. He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
