Police in Mercer County have charged a man they believe is behind the vandalism of Congressman Mike Kelly’s Hermitage office.
According to charging documents, 46-year-old Joe Lemons of Sharon bragged to coworkers about vandalizing the office, claiming he was angry with the Trump Administration.
When interviewed by police, Lemon admitted to the act even showing police the paint and brush he used.
Lemons has been charged with criminal mischief and harassment, a preliminary hearing has been set for August 14.
