With another week in the 80s, AAA officials are warning about the impact heat has on car batteries.
The hot weather combined with heavy travel can put on vehicle batteries according to the travel agency.
AAA has already handled more than 80,000 battery-related issues so far this year.
If you’re car does break down, police say to pull over, put on your hazard lights, and call for emergency assistance.
