A man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted staff at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Police were called to the hospital yesterday around 6:30 p.m. to help with a man who was “verbally and physically” combative with staff.
Police say 53-year-old Mark Kohnen of Butler was eventually restrained, but that’s when he spit in the face of a nurse at the hospital.
Kohnen will face numerous charges.
