A loose piece of farm equipment hit a parked car over the weekend in Connoquenessing Township.
The accident happened Sunday just after 12 p.m. on Main Street.
State police say 39-year-old David Cox II was driving his John Deere tractor and hauling a disc plow. The retaining pin on the tow hitch became dislodged, causing the disc plow to roll away.
The plow eventually hit a parked car on Main Street, which was significantly damaged and had to be towed.
Cox was cited for the accident.
