A Butler man has been charged once again with indecent exposure after allegedly assaulting another person.
Police were called to Butler Area Public Library last Thursday after 21-year-old Timothy Davanzati was allegedly exposing himself then sexually assaulting a person.
It’s alleged as the victim was at the library, Davanzati began inappropriately touching himself behind the victim.
Davanzati was charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and harassment and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 8.
Davanzati is currently out on bail from another case where he has been accused of corruption of minors, indecent assault of person less than 16 and more.
