A large tree fell onto Route 8 in Middlesex Township, causing delays for drivers yesterday.
The tree fell onto the southbound lanes of Route 8 around 4:30 p.m. Crews say the tree also took out wires on its way to the ground.
Traffic was delayed for about two hours before crews could clear the scene.
No one was injured.
