As the fall sports season gets underway, the Mars Area School District is reminding seniors that they can attend athletic events for free.
For residents in the district that are 65 and older, Mars offers a “Blue and Gold Card” which allows free admission to all district sporting events.
You can get the card by visiting the district’s administrative office on Route 228. You’ll need a valid ID.
If you had a card in the past, you’ll still have to visit the district office to get a new one for the school year.
