Today is the first day of school in the Butler Area School District.
It comes just days after Superintendent Dr. Brian White said the district is dealing with a shortage of bus drivers, after more than a dozen drivers left over the last 10 days.
White said the district could utilize more school vans to help aid with transportation. They may also use a tiered dismissal system at the Senior High School.
