A Mercer County man is facing charges after he allegedly did not turn over the title to a vehicle he sold.
State police say 28-year-old Jacob Pollock of Jackson Center sold a pickup truck to a Slippery Rock man for $1,900.
However, Pollock “failed and refused” to sign the title over the man after the sale.
He was charged with theft by deception, along with other charges.
