A Butler man is facing charges after he exposed himself in front of a neighbor’s home earlier this month.
On August 6, the victim in this incident reported to police that they had video of their neighbor, 39-year-old Joshua Young, exposing himself in front of their home.
The victim claims that Young had been having ongoing issues with the neighbor leading up to this incident.
Young has been charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment. He is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
