A man from Cowansville is in custody after police found numerous bags of heroin on him.
Police found 38-year-old Anthony Fox at a gas station in Kittanning back on August 7th. Police say Fox had an active warrant for his arrest.
Troopers approached Fox and informed him of the warrant. A search was then conducted, and police found 38 stamp bags of suspected heroin in his pocket.
Fox was taken into custody and placed in the Armstrong County Jail.
