A free event in Butler this weekend will focus on those who are in recovery or seeking recovery from a substance use disorder.
The Butler County Opioid Overdose Coalition will host their 5th annual “Gathering of Hope: Recovery Walk and Picnic” Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This family friendly and alcohol free event will be held at Butler Memorial Park and will feature encouraging speakers sharing about helpful resources in our community. The day will also include face painting, balloons, corn hole, volleyball, crafts, lunch, and prizes.
