A Saxonburg man is facing charges after he allegedly assaulted a nurse at a local hospital.
Police were called to Butler Memorial Hospital on Wednesday after it’s alleged 33-year-old Jeffrey McMillen shoved a nurse into a door and then the floor.
Charging documents say the nurse was attempting to remove prohibited items from McMillen.
After shoving the nurse to the ground, McMillen is then accused of rising his fist to the nurse.
McMillen has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
