New data shows that the value of homes in the state continues to increase.
The new estimates from the American Consumer Survey found the median value of owner-occupied homes in Pennsylvania rose from $267,000 to $277,000 in 2024.
The study also found that over 12 percent of homes paid dues to an HOA, with the average fee just shy of $150 per month.
