Crews responded to an overnight crash in Cranberry Township that left one person entrapped.
The single vehicle accident happened Monday just after 2 a.m. in the 7000 block of Franklin Road.
Cranberry Firefighters say a pickup truck went off the road and over a hill. One person was entrapped when crews got on scene. Police and EMS had to remove the door in order to get the driver out.
Crews had to use a stokes basket to safely help the driver up the hill. The driver’s current condition is not known.
Crews remained on scene for nearly two hours.
