The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is offering a new report on the region’s fall foliage.
This report will be updated every Thursday through the fall on the DCNR website to include regional updates, photos, and tips from experts.
Fall foliage typically peaks in October and the site will feature the latest photos with where sightseers can observe the best colors.
The fall season and the variety of activities that come along with it are a major factor in the state’s tourism industry which generated nearly $84 billion and supported over a half million jobs last year.
The Outdoor Business Alliance of Pennsylvania is holding a webinar Monday at noon to provide more information about their mission of supporting the state’s outdoor recreation industry, business development and growth.
