As the state budget impasse continues, Butler County is dipping into another bank account to help with cash flow.
According to the latest update by county officials, they are now taking money out of a second bank account to make all necessary payments.
Officials also said there is now $15 million allotted to the county that remains in a statewide portal, but has not been transferred because of the impasse.
Commissioners say they have not heard from any elected statewide official about when the impasse may come to an end.
