The public is invited to attend a free educational event at a local library this weekend.
The South Butler Community Library is hosting a Heart Health Expo on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
Through a partnership with the Oakland Catholic High School Chapter of “Guardians of the Heart” kids can learn about the importance of a healthy heart through interactive activities and stories. Adult attendees will enjoy exercise demonstrations, video shorts, puzzles, trivia, blood pressure checks, and heart healthy trail mix.
There will also be the opportunity to explore a Saxonburg Ambulance. No registration is required but those with questions can call the library.
