The Supreme Court of the United States of America will be reviewing a case involving mail-in ballots, but the case does not stem from Pennsylvania.
Since 2020 there have been several challenges from Democrats and Republicans to the originally bipartisan voting bill known as Act 77.
The original bill removed party votes on ballots and allowed for no excuse mail in voting. Since then, both sides have challenged issues with mail in ballots.
Now, the Supreme Court will hear a case on whether federal law require ballots to be received by election day. The case that originated in Mississippi will give final say on the issue across the country.
