Police are searching for a suspect that exposed himself to someone on the side of the road.
The incident happened in late October at the intersection of I-80 and Route 19 in Mercer County.
Police say a man pulled off to the side of the road, and then exposed himself to a woman driving nearby.
The suspect then got into his car and followed to victim on I-80, before pulling off on an emergency turnaround and fleeing eastbound.
The man was described as being in his 20s or 30s, with short brown hair, thin, and of average height.
