A warrant for arrest has been issued for a Bridgeville man accused of driving over 100 miles per hour in Center Township.
On Saturday an officer ran a vehicle’s information at stop sign on West Sunbury Road. Police say the driver, 49-year-old Craig Hayden, had two warrants out for his arrest, one in Butler and one in Westmoreland County.
When officers attempted to pull Hayden over, he allegedly took off going over 115 mph. The officer ended the pursuit due to the high rate of speed and safety risks.
Hayden has been charged with feeling or attempting to elude and officer, two counts of flight to avoid apprehension, and several other driving offenses.
A warrant for his arrest has been issued.
