A fundraiser to benefit a local organization will be held this weekend.
The GFWC Junior Women’s Club of Butler is holding a Night at the Races on Saturday at the Highfield Hall in Butler. Doors open at 5 p.m.
This 21 and older event will include dinner and drinks as well as basket raffles, a silent auction, photo booth, and a Derby-style dress and hat contest.
Tickets are $45 presale and $60 at the door. It costs $10 to buy an extra horse in the simulated race. Proceeds will help support other local nonprofit organizations like VOICe and the Butler County Alliance for Children.
