A man accused of killing a two-month old child will stand trial.
All charges were held against 32-year-old Vincent Miceli of Butler yesterday.
Miceli was charged with criminal homicide after his two-month old son was found dead inside a Butler Township home on Spooner Drive back in November.
The young child was ruled to have died from blunt force trauma to the head.
Miceli’s defense team argued that there is insufficient evidence to charge him with homicide.
