No one was injured when a dump truck hit a utility pole in Butler Township yesterday.
The accident happened around 12:20 p.m. at the intersection of Route 8 and Vogel Road.
A dump truck was heading north on Route 8 when for unknown reasons it went off the road and hit a pole on the Vogel Road side of the intersection.
The driver was not injured.
Traffic was impacted for a time.
