State police say a man fled the scene of a crash after hitting a tree in Clearfield Township this week.
The accident happened Tuesday morning just after 7 a.m. on North Osche Road.
Police say 56-year-old Brian Stewart of Butler was driving north when he went off the road while going around a curve. His truck then crashed into a tree.
Police say Stewart then fled the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
