The plan to install a new fire hydrant in Marion Township is moving forward.
County commissioners approved a plan to place the fire hydrant at the end of the new water reservoir.
Officials say all of the prep work is done and only the hydrant needed installed.
The cost is about $25,000.
County leaders say this will help with fire department responses in the area.
