Electric vehicle charging stations are coming to the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Last week, the first federally funded charging station made its debut just west of Harrisburg at the Blue Mountain Service Plaza.
Officials expect another EV charging station to open this week in the New Stanton service plaza.
Over the next two years, the state hopes to install EV stations at all 17 service plazas across the Turnpike.
