An East Brady man is facing charges after he allegedly crashed twice in Donegal Township.
On Monday, police spoke with a victim who said they were side-swiped while driving east on Route 68 near Shearer Road.
Police say the driver continued to swerve before eventually crashing into a pole on Gameland Road.
The driver was identified as 38-year-old Keith Cashmere. When police interviewed Cashmere, he didn’t know he hit the first vehicle and told police he was not attempting to leave the scene of the crash.
Cashmere rejected a field sobriety test and a blood test on scene.
He was charged with a DUI, two counts of accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, and more driving offenses. He’s awaiting a preliminary arraignment and hearing.
