It’s become an annual tradition—the price to drive on the Pennsylvania Turnpike is going up.
However, the rate increase is smaller than in years past, coming in at four percent. That’s the lowest increase since 2014.
The cost to drive from Cranberry to the end of the Commonwealth at the New Jersey border will be just over $54 for E-Z Pass users; without the pass it’s about $218.
Turnpike officials say they are aiming to finally end the yearly price increase by 2028.
