A woman is facing charges after she allegedly falsified information while applying for a job at George Junior Republic in Grove City.
State police were called to investigate after school officials alerted law enforcement about potential fraudulent clearances.
Police found 38-year-old Nina Milan of Somerset forged her FBI, child abuse, and criminal record check clearances.
Police say Milan was applying to be an in-home counselor at the reform school.
