Multiple crews were called to battle a chimney fire at a home in Clinton Township this morning.
The fire broke out around 10:30 a.m. at a home in the 200 block of Spring Valley Road.
Crews arrived on scene and saw smoke coming from the eaves of the home.
It was soon upgraded to a second alarm fire and additional crews were requested.
A portion of Spring Valley Road was closed due to the fire.
It’s unclear the extent of damage.
