Local residents are invited to get a closer look at some of our feathered friends at a program beginning tomorrow in Penn Township.
Succop Nature Park will host the first weekly Birds and More Naturalist-Led Walk on Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m.
This free program will include exploration of the park, ponds, and trails. No experience is necessary and binoculars will be available to borrow. Those planning to attend are asked to wear suitable footwear for wet, muddy, or icy conditions and meet at the Red Barn.
Registration through the Audubon of Western Pennsylvania website is requested for planning purposes.
