A Butler man accused of stealing from a local business and non-profit is facing more charges for the thefts in Franklin Township and Prospect Borough.
Last week, 37-year-old Erik Cupps was charged and arrested for multiple thefts at the Fairground Market and stealing from the Salvation Army.
On Wednesday, Cupps was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property for the two other thefts.
Cupps is in the Butler County Prison and his bail was set at $75,000 and $50,000 in the two cases. Two preliminary hearings have been set for January 21 and 28.
