A Butler man is in the Butler County prison after an alleged shooting earlier this week in the City of Butler.
Just after 1 a.m. Monday, police were called to an apartment on the 100 block of East Wayne Street for reported shots fired.
When officers arrived on scene, the victim accused 22-year-old Kaleb Beish and another man for coming to the apartment and firing several shots.
The victim claims Beish and the other man were driving by and Beish allegedly took out a gun and fired four to five shots. No one was hit by the gunfire according to police.
Police used city cameras and shell casings on scene to connect Beish to the shooting.
He’s been charged with aggravated assault, four counts of discharge of a firearm into occupied structure, and four counts of recklessly endangering another person.
Beish has been placed in the Butler County Prison and is being held on $250,000 bond.
