Police have charged a Kittanning man for an alleged bar fight that happened earlier this month in Clearfield Township.
On January 9, police were called to the County Line Tavern for a bar fight between two men and a woman.
When officers spoke with one of the people involved in the fight days after, they accused 22-year-old Wyatt Birch of being heavily intoxicated and being aggressive towards the woman Birch came with.
When the other man told Birch to stop that behavior it’s alleged Birch threw a punch and fight started in the back patio of the bar and finished in the parking lot.
Birch is also accused of hitting the woman he came with in the face and causing injuries to the other man in the fight. He’s been charged with two counts of simple assault and several summary offenses.
A preliminary hearing has been set for March 10.
