Pennsylvania unemployment numbers held steady over the past month.
According to the Department of Labor and Industry, the state unemployment rate stayed at 4.2 percent, which was the same as November.
It’s estimated the Pennsylvania workforce currently sits at just over 6.5 million.
The unemployment rate is one-half point higher compared to last December.
