Two more people have been charged in connection to a shooting that took place in the City of Butler early last week.
Police were called to an apartment on the 100 block of East Wayne Street for reported shots fired last Monday.
Police charged 22-year-old Kaleb Beish after he allegedly fired several shots at a Butler man living at the apartment. According to police, no one was hit by the shots. Beish is facing several charges including aggravated assault.
This past Monday, police charged the driver 23-year-old James Dent of Butler with criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, intimidating a witness, and several other charges. Police also charged 30-year-old Shaena Hale of Tyrone and Dent for offering money to a witness at the apartment to not testify, but instead the witness informed police of this action.
Dent’s bail was set at $50,000 while Hale’s was set at $10,000, they are both being held in the Butler County Prison.
