A Valencia man has been placed in the Butler County Prison after a federal search warrant in Middlesex Township found the man to be in illegal possession of a gun.
On Friday, Pennsylvania State Police assisted the United States Postal Inspectors execute a search warrant at a home on the 100 block of Kozy Corner Road.
After the search, 33-year-old Luke Blackham was placed into custody after he was found to be in illegal possession of a firearm as a felon.
Blackham is also accused of damaging the serial number on the gun. He’s being held on $250,000 bond and has been charged with possession of a firearm prohibited and possession of a firearm with the manufacture number altered.
The federal warrant was sealed so information on why the searched was executed is not available at this time.
