The next step in the Franklin Road improvement project is underway.
Crews have started a months-long process to widen the road, install rumble strips, and other work.
There will be lane restrictions at various spots on Franklin Road in Cranberry Township from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. And then from 6-9 p.m.
The restrictions are in place through the end of August.
The full Franklin Road project is expected to wrap up in November 2027.
