The construction work on water and sewage at the AC Valley Industrial Park is complete.
Butler County officials say construction wrapped up two weeks ago after first announcing plans almost four years ago.
The over $5 million project started as a way to ensure 600 jobs and $30 million in payroll remain in Butler County.
Officials say the Department of Environmental Protection will inspect the new project soon.
Afterwards, the ownership of the park will move from the AC Valley Development Corp. to Allegheny Township.
