An informational picket is being planned later this month as contract negotiations drag on for medical technicians at Butler Memorial Hospital.
The technicians recently voted to join the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals, known as PASNAP.
The technicians say that administrators at Independence Health System have negotiated in bad faith and decline to release necessary information.
They also say they haven’t had a raise in over two years.
The picket is set for March 18th from 3-6 p.m. outside of the hospital.
